Sigur ca instruirea se traduce prin instruction sau teaching. Mai frumos suna training (instruire, pregatire, formare, calificare, antrenament).
Dar efectul este invatarea, de aceea optez pentru learning.
Dau si un exemplu mult vehiculat in ultima vreme: e-learning.
