Art. 1. - Asigurătorii/societăţile din domeniul asigurărilor ori societăţile specializate şi mandatate în serviciile de constatare şi lichidare a daunelor desemnează personalul cu atribuţii în constatarea, soluţionarea dosarelor de daună şi eliberarea documentelor de introducere în reparaţie a vehiculelor, în cazul în care asiguraţii deţin o asigurare facultativă Casco valabilă, emisă de asigurătorul respectiv, şi se prezintă pentru a înştiinţa despre producerea unor pagube materiale la vehiculul asigurat, în condiţiile prevăzute la art. 79 alin. (2) lit. b), art. 80 alin. (2) şi la art. 801 din Ordonanţa de urgenţă a Guvernului nr. 195/2002 privind circulaţia pe drumurile publice, cu modificările şi completările ulterioare.
