Sulfamic acid Explanation: daca intrebarea mai prezinta interes, am lasat tazobactamul la o parte....numai bine! Sulfamic acid, also known as amidosulfonic acid, amidosulfuric acid, aminosulfonic acid, and sulfamidic acid, is a molecular compound with the formula H3NSO3. This colorless, water-soluble compound finds many applications. Sulfamic acid (H3NSO3) may be considered an intermediate compound between sulfuric acid (H2SO4), and sulfamide (H4N2SO2), effectively - though see below - replacing an -OH group with an -NH2 group at each step. This pattern can extend no further in either direction without breaking down the -SO2 group. -------------------------------------------------- Note added at 1 oră (2010-03-09 18:32:33 GMT) -------------------------------------------------- cu placere, numai bine! |

Reference: tazobactam Reference information: Tazobactam is a compound which inhibits the action of bacterial beta-lactamases. It is added to the extended spectrum beta-lactam antibiotic piperacillin to produce Tazocin or Zosyn or Piprataz (manufactured by Gepach International). It broadens the spectrum of piperacillin by making it effective against organisms that express beta-lactamase and would normally degrade piperacillin. Tazobactam sodium is a derivative of the penicillin nucleus and is a penicillanic acid sulfone. http://en.wikipedia.org/wiki/Tazobactam http://www.google.com/search?hl=en&rlz=1C1GGGE_enCY355CY355&... |
