Apesar de uma procura no Google para "crecimiento sostenido" apresentar mais resultados que "crecimiento sustenible" o dicionario da Academia y Salamanca apenas definem "sostenido" Dicho de una nota: Cuya entonación excede en un semitono mayor a la que corresponde a su sonido natural. Do sostenido.
Qual a opção que me aconselham?

A mi entender, "crecimiento sostenible" es "crescimento sustentável" (que se puede sostener), mientras que "crecimiento sostenido" o en portugués "crescimento sustentado" se refiere a un crecimiento continuado, sin interrupciones.
