Si tratta di un contratto di fornitura di servizi (attività creativa di animazione e illustrazione) e nella prima clausola viene detto: "As partes reconhecem que a natureza dos serviços a serem prestados em razão deste contrato importará no fato da CONTRATADA: (i)... (ii)... (iii)... etc."
Come si può tradurre l'espressione "importará no fato da contratada"? "Comporterà per il collaboratore/prestatore d'opera"? Grazie.
