Patricinhas werden in Brasilien junge Frauen der gehobenen Klasse genannt, die am Anfang der Karriere stehen, sich nach der neuen Mode kleiden und teure Lokale besuchen. Eben, wie die Yuppies in England oder USA. Es ist kein unbedingt abwertendes Urteil eine Patricinha zu sein, nur hebt es den Klassenunterschied sehr hervor. Eine Patricinha ist eben eine verwöhnte Tochter einer Familie der gehobenen Klasse.
