Aus port. Verkaufsbedingungen (zwischen einem Grosshändler und seinen Vertriebspartnern):

"Caso não aconteça [bei Nichtzahlung], reservamo-nos ao direito da emissão de um saque sendo da conta do distribuidor todas as despesas daí emergentes."

An einer anderen Stelle erscheint auch der Begriff "saque":
"Expirado o prazo de trinta dias sem que tenha havido lugar a respectiva liquidação da(s) factura(s), não haverá lugar a qualquer desconto financeiro e, reservamo-nos, de imediato à emissão de um saque, sendo de nossa conta os respectivos encargos bancários."

Für "saque" finde ich in den einschlägigen Wörterbüchern nur "Wechsel". Das passt hier aber nicht.
Wer weiß, was hier "saque" bedeutet?

"Saque" ist normalerweise die Bankabhebung von Geld vom eigenen oder einen berechtigten Konto.

Was mir hier nicht so klar ist, ist es ob es um eine Summe geht, die durch die Bank beantragt wird, weil ein gewisser Wert nicht ausgezahlt wurde
