Dieser Satz ist einem Gerichtsurteil aus Brasilien entnommen. Die o. g. Abkürzung verstehe ich nicht. Alle geannten Artikel bzw. Paragraphen sind ja aus dem Código Penal Brasileiro. Ich hatte gedacht, dass damit vielleicht "em conexão com " (in Verbindung mit) gemeint ist, aber dann passt "rt. 171, caput, **do c/c**" nicht. Außerdem würden dann im Original auch Kommata fehlen. Wie seht Ihr das?

Könnt Ihr mir da weiterhelfen? Ich verzweifle mitlerweile bei diesem Text.
