Frei von Vertragsstrafen??? Irgendwie verstehe ich das nicht so ganz. Ist doch irgendwie inkonsistent: erst werden Vertragsstrafen festgelegt und später wird gesagt, die Teile sind frei von Vertragsstrafen zu liefern...oder heißt das hier vielleicht etwas anderes?
