"Homologado acordo do exercício das responsabilidades parentais nos termos da sentença de 18 de Maio de 2010, proferida pelo Tribunal Judicial de Lousada, 2º Juízo, ficando a registada a residir com a mãe, sendo as responsabilidades parentais relativas aos actos relevantes exercidas em comum por ambos os pais e as relativas aos actos da vida corrente são exercidas pela mãe."
