Das ergibt ja nur Sinn, wenn es ein *é* ist, aber warum ist Loyalität ein Gepäckstück? Oder ist sie schwer zu tragen?

Hallo,
er meint offensichtlich "bagagem profissional" , und das kann "Berufserfahrung" oder "berufliches Rüstzeug, berufliche Ausstattung" bedeuten.
Bin auch der Meinung, dass das Akzent auf dem e fehlt.
