Je cale sur la traduction de ces termes. En effet, dans le cas ci-dessous, par exemple, la **quarta neta** de la personne qui a vécu entre 1771 et 1838 est vivante actuellement :

Em 1586, eram moradores nesta casa João Lopes Vieira, fidalgo da Casa Real e sua mulher Bernardina de Azevedo. Um descendente deste casal, José de Macedo Portugal Sinfuentes de Lozada (1772-1838), herdou a Casa do Assento, foi vereador em Braga e tomou parte na Guerra Peninsular. Foi este senhor quem mandou colocar a bela pedra de armas. A casa pertence hoje a uma sua **quarta neta**, D. Maria Teresa Carvalho Pereira de Macedo, casada com o Eng. Amadeu de Sá Menezes.
