Magali,
chapisco (m) é o revestimento de muros e paredes feito com essa argamassa ( de cimento e areia que serve de base ao emboço ), e que forma uma base irregular e tosca.
Em francês não sei. O acabamento da parede/muro não fica liso, mas irregular, áspero.

procurei no google images para comparar as técnicas (BR/Fr) e é exatamente o que foi sugerido : crépi.

o chapisco é uma argamassa bem mole que é usada para tapar imperfeições. furinhos ... em uma parede, muro ... Depois é aplicada uma argamassa mais firme que dá o acabamento final mais espesso (areia, cimento e às vezes terra).
Em seguida pode-se pintar, ou passar massa fina, gesso, fazer uma aplicação com textura ... para um acabamento mais liso.
A Tereza deu uma boa sugestão.
