Que modalidades de Estabelecimentos de Alojamento Local existem?

Existem três modalidades de estabelecimentos de AL:

A Moradia - estabelecimento de alojamento local cuja unidade de alojamento é um edifício autónomo, de caráter unifamiliar.

O Apartamento - estabelecimento de alojamento local cuja unidade de alojamento é uma fração autónoma de edifício ou parte de prédio urbano suscetível de utilização independente.

Estabelecimento de hospedagem - estabelecimento cujas unidades de alojamento são constituídas por quartos. Os estabelecimentos de hospedagem podem usar a denominação de "hostel" quando reúnam os requisitos específicos previstos na lei para este tipo de estabelecimento. No caso do “hostel, a unidade de alojamento predominante deve ser o dormitório, considerando-se predominante sempre que o número de utentes em dormitório seja superior ao número de utentes em quarto.
