I agree with Frank. "Resilient" is one of those words for which usage could really vary given the different contexts in which it is used. You cannot really agree or disagree with a literal translation without knowing the context and structure of the sentence it is used in. You would be safer to post more context.

I am also confused - the heading reads that it is a marriage certificate.

While I would typically agree with translation of "resilient," this isn't how this word is used in this case. I would tend to agree with your suggestion, Mark, provided the rest of the hotel review doesn't prove the speaker to mean the exact opposite. More of the review might be helpful here. :)
