I am translating a contract relating to media-research services and one of the annexes includes tables detailing the prices paid for the various services. The heading of one of the tables is "TV Aberta GSP e PNT". I know that "TV aberta" is terrestrial TV, but I have no idea what PNT means. I have attempted to reproduce the table below.
