The literal translation would be 'power to command', but its too literal for me...and doesn't really sound right anyway.

The literal translation would be 'power to command', but its too literal for me...and doesn't really sound right anyway.

Alex, please, read the references below to confirm the meaning and context of the expression. In Brazil, this expression was mostly used in colonial times refering to the control and management of slaves, but it is being used today almost as an alternative to 'gestão.'
