(to) protest issue, acceptance or joint obligation bonds

Explanation:

If a negotiable instrument, acceptance or aval of one of the parties is protested.

Explanation:
Co-obligação (aval) exists in relation to some negotiable instruments when a person not already bound to pay the instrument guarantees payment of it.

"What Is an Aval?
An aval is a guarantee that a third party adds to a debt obligation. This third party is not the payee or the holder, but ensures payment should the issuing party default. The debt obligation could be a note, bond, promissory note, bill of exchange, or draft. The third party providing the aval is usually a bank or other lending institution."

protest an instrument issued, accepted or jointly and severally guaranteed by either of the parties

Explanation:
NB aceite vs. intervenção meaning - notarially 'Wordwatched' - acceptance for hono(u)r of a bill or instrument.

Baffled by a 'título de emissão' in its own right (John Lennon: 'In his own write'), I wonder whether the question has been formulated right (to the end).

PS Better avoid - for título - the term of Deed for US consumption where it refers to a conveyance of land only whereas, elsewhere, it can refer to a Deed e.g. unilaterally like a Poll Deed or a Deed of Suretyship'.
