(UK) real estate (US) realty investment and property management contracts Explanation: onerosos means chargeable or for consideration, rather than burdensome or onerous - the latter implying that a receiver or liquidator could be entitled to disclaim any lease taken over the property (land). Though that web ref. opens with tenancies, I am unsure that running for progit of the land is confined to such or could mean running of hotels etc. No doubt this is an 'exploitation' ratrher than an 'exploration'.
