Portuguese term or phrase: meios líquidos libertos
Hi all - I have found "meios libertos líquidos" in the glossary as "net cash flow" - is this the same despite the different word order? Could it just be 'cash flow' or is there a more specific term that should be used here. Context: evaluation document of NGOs operating in Cape Verde (the organisation in question has a headquarters/head office and a microfinance department and their respective operating procedures are discussed separately in the evaluation report)
