with the protocol (number) at hand Explanation: Upon registering a complaint with the bank's customer service, the customer is given a protocol number (during the phone call). If the solution provided is not satisfactory, the customer can contact "Ouvidoria"; they will ask the customer the protocol number, so that they can already pull from their records the previous conversations, info, decisions, etc. |
