I think the literal translation is correct.
SINAN is a reporting system and I think they are happy with it. Maybe you can think of something a little more sophisticated than works well but I think it is as simple as that.

When I first read the sentence, I had the idea Sinan was a working systm, a routine. Now I see it's about informatics. I'm not sure the answer I suggested applies.
