Games / Video Games / Gaming / Casino / medieval games
Portuguese term or phrase: saltar de corredilhas
From the few references to this on the internet, I can't visualise what it amounts to. Here's the context.

Any ideas gratefully received.

A child's game with medieaval origins

Explanation:
I suspect there is no translation in English so probably better to paraphrase, explaining as best as poss.

Notes to answerer
Asker: The way I read the context, Sue, is that this isn't a children's game but a game or sport for adults. No nearer to puzzling out what it is though.
