Parcel of Land Explanation: The "prédio" refers to a piece/parcel/demarcated piece of land, in this respect. Here's an example: "The Predio Cuenca, a 130 hectare parcel of land located within the Southwest boundaries of the CBPF.." from http://www.iucn.nl/funded_projects/purchase_of_pro_cuenca_wi...
