Portuguese term or phrase: Não existem actos clínicos registados.
A minha dúvida tem a ver com o verbo "registar". Registar números, valores, informação num programa de software. Outros exemplos: "A técnica cirúrgica já se encontra registada." ou "Registar entrada de produtos". Qual é o equivalente verbal em Inglês? Porque pelo que percebo o verbo register tem mais o sentido de registo (inscrição), e o que se pretende aqui é quase um sinónimo de escrever, inserir informação no computador.
