This comes from a Brazilian birth certificate (Brasilia - DF).

It is in the part of the document that mentions who reported the birth and if there were witnesses present and it says:

"Foi declarante: O PAI
e serviram de testemunhas: dispensadas 01/81 do J.R.P-DF. "

I am not sure what the "J.R.P-DF" part would be. I am assuming it is a reference to a legal publication or a Brazilian law, but I am not sure what the acronym stands for in this text. Any help would be greatly appreciated.
