Eu tentei usar o termo "landowner" aqui, mas os dicionários confirmam que este termo se refere mais a latifundiários, o que eu quero correr longe neste caso. Alguém teria uma sugestão melhor para este contexto? Preciso de um termo que seja ameno, e não tenha a carga negativa de latifundiários. Ou teria "landowner" a mesma carga negativa que "latifundiário" possui no Brasil?
