Explanation:
Tagebuchnummer - to numer zdarzenia, opracowywanego przez policję. Czyli wszystkie przypadki, którymi zajmuje się policja, od wypadku drogowego po kradzież i zabójstwo. Niektórzy policjanci mówią "Journalnummer", ale do tej pory widziałam na pismach tylko Tgb.-Nr. Możliwe, że używa się tego też w administracji, niestety nie wiem.
Eingangsnummer pasuje do oznaczania pism z odpowiedzią na przychodzące listy, czy tutaj pasuje - zapytałabym autora, jeżeli to możliwe. Przypuszczam, że to po prostu numer pisma w dzienniku korespondencji, tutaj wychodzącej z firmy. Niestety nigdy nie widziałam na pismach "Ausgangsnummer", takim numerem oznacza się np. przesyłki kurierem.
