Socjolingwistycznie znaczy to: nie mammy stanowiska jednolitego, bo rozicąga się ono od ... do... czyli w takich ramach. ;-)

disagree  Kalikst: Rahmenrichtlinie to zargonie unijnym pojecie juz zajete! = dyrektywa ramowa. A dyrektywa nigdy nie jest stanowiskiem! Poza tym "dyrektywy" wydawane sa przez UE a nie przez rzady narodowe
