neutral  Crannmer: ale tu nie chodzi o lokalna dyspozytornie obiektu, ale od duze dyspozytornie sieci elektroenergetycznych. Elektrownie wiatrowe w zdecydowanej wiekszosci wlasnych, lokalnych dyspozytorni wogole nie maja.
