propozycja, bez badania detali, poza tym skoro to tylko hasłowo pojawia się w tłumaczeniu, to nie ma sensu tłumaczyć opisowo w treści dokumentu, ponieważ dokument zapewne koncentruje się na czymś zupełnie innym.

neutral  Sonja Stankowski: ale tu chodzi o referendarz w urzędzie a nie w szkole ; a tu nie chodzi o szkołę, ale o urząd, a funkcje i nazwy są odmienne. W polskiej szkole też nie pracuje "starszy referent" lub "starszy specjalista"

Często spotkałem się tłumaczeniem "Sachbearbeiter", więc powinno oddawać sens polskiego pojęcia "referendarz". A konstrukcja z "Unter-" jest często spotykana.
