Stawiałam bym tu raczej na jakąś kombinację ze słowem "Forschung" (nauka, w rozumieniu: badania/eksperymenty naukowe itd. - w odróżnieniu od oświaty). Jeżeli projekt dotyczy także Niemiec, to warto by po prostu znaleźć gdzieś jego oficjalną nazwę, ale niestety nie wiem, gdzie tego szukać.
