The following rules apply in the absence of a will: If the deceased was not married and had no children, their parents inherit. If one of the parents is deceased at the time when the succession is opened, that parent’s share is divided equally among the testator’s siblings. If one of the testator’s siblings died before the succession is opened, leaving descendants, their share is divided equally among the descendants. If there are no siblings or descendants, the entire inheritance is divided equally among the testator’s grandparents. https://e-justice.europa.eu/content_general_information-166-... http://spadek.info.pl/en/legitim.html |

to supplement the (requestor's) interest Explanation: może tak? -------------------------------------------------- Note added at 20 hrs (2020-02-12 08:27:06 GMT) -------------------------------------------------- zależy czego dotyczy wniosek może być petitioner, applicant i pewnie kilka innych wersji, z tym kontekstem dałam najbardziej ogólną wersję wnioskodawcy -------------------------------------------------- Note added at 20 hrs (2020-02-12 08:32:32 GMT) -------------------------------------------------- When a Pennsylvania resident dies without a Will, they die intestate, which literally means “without a Will.” Upon filing a Petition with the Register of Wills, which includes a statement that no Will has been found, the Register of Wills normally appoints an Administrator of the estate, as personal representative of the estate. A personal representative is the person responsible for winding up the decedent’s affairs. The person who will be appointed depends upon their relationship with the deceased. Preference is given to adults who have not been declared incapacitated, in the order in which they would take portions of the estate, under the intestacy law. A person who would otherwise be qualified to administer the estate may file a renunciation with the Register of Wills, asking that someone else be appointed instead. The renunciation only gives up the right to administer the estate. It does not waive the right to inherit THE INTEREST IN THE ESTATE. https://www.mfriedmanlaw.com/pdf/outline_of_how_a_decedents_... -------------------------------------------------- Note added at 20 hrs (2020-02-12 08:37:26 GMT) -------------------------------------------------- If you have been left out of someone’s will, you may have grounds to contest it and claim an INTEREST in the estate. These grounds may include: there being a lack of due execution; a lack of testamentary capacity due to ill health; https://www.willans.co.uk/cost-of-contesting-a-will/ a lack of knowledge and approval; |
