Umowa pośrednika o świadczenie usług(1), które polegają między innymi na jest znalezieniu dostawców (Service Providers) i zapewnienie świadczenia usług(2) przez owych znalezionych Dostawców. Żeby jeszcze bardziej skomplikować, Dostawcy mogą choć nie muszą mieć swoich podwykonawców, którzy będą świadczyć usługi(3).

Ale chodzi o *zapewnienie*.

Mam na razie ''securing the provision of Providers' Services by the Service Providers'' choć jednak widzę dużo ''ensuring'' np. w eur-lex. Wydaje mi się jednak że takie ''ensuring'' jest bliższe ''guarantee'' a w tym moim chodzi bardziej o dostarczenie, zorganizowanie, zakontraktowanie. W sumie bliższe ''providing'' tyle że nie chcę mieć ''provision of provision'' bo się zapętli to wszystko jeszcze bardziej.

Bardzo dziękuję za wszelkie uwagi.
