disagree  Łukasz Gos-Furmankiewicz: „Service contract provisions” to „postanowienia umowy serwisowej/usługowej”, a „detailed terms (of this Agreement)” to „szczegółowe postanowienia (niniejszej Umowy)”, co sugeruje część samej umowy, a nie tytuł załącznika.

  -> NIe rosumiem, chodziło o umowę serwisową opon, więc zgadywałem że nie może chodzić o "wytyczne obsługi kontraktu" A szczególy umowy to "details of the agreement" ale znowu, coś to mi nie pasuje..do umowy n.t. serwisu opon
