This is what I meant saying that it does not make much sense, in terms of "Tire/Tire Service Ageement" context, hence I asumed there was a double language translation causing issue. What tires are we talking about, who is the original producer, and from what country? is it possible we are translating an agreement that was previously translated to polish from yet another language?

'Wytyczne obsługi kontraktu' = 'contract handling guidelines' (means the handling of the contract, e.g. administration and management, as opposed to performance itself), but are you sure the content of that annex is consistent with the title? It seems weird to me.
