W biurowym żargonie przymiotnik "zwrotne" oznacza: wysłane bez zwłoki/natychmiastowe (np.: Musisz to zwrotnie załatwić = Musisz to od razu załatwić). Zresztą zmiana kolejności wyrazów na "zwrotne potwierdzenie" co nieco zmienia sens zdania i zwiększa zrozumiałość, przynajmniej na moje ucho.

Proszę zauważyć w linku geopieta fragment: the customer and you get a confirmation immediately.

W ogóle chodzi o rozwiązanie opracowane - prawie na pewno, ale bez 100% pewności - poza Polską, więc z założenia wszystkie instrukcje do niego były napisane po angielsku.

Dlaczego teraz trzeba tłumaczyć instrukcje z polskiego na angielski? Może tylko w celu zweryfikowania poprawności wcześniejszego tłumaczenia EN>PL. W końcu chodzi o to, aby instrukcje były łatwo i ogólnie zrozumiałe i aby żadna maruda nie miała okazji zawracać głowy urzędnikowi pytaniami, co znaczy jakiś wyraz albo wyrażenie ;-)
