Pashto (Pushto) term or phrase: د بختوری ونی سورې هم بختور وی
Searching for he most suitable English phrase for this Pashto phrase.

All that came to my mind was "The shade of a blessed tree is also blessed."
There must be a better and exact literary phrase for this one also.

Regards.

Shade of a lucky tree is lucky (proverb)

Explanation:
It is a Pashto proverb in which goodness of the second thing is related to the goodness of the first. For example, in cases as there is a good or clever child and s/he is praised for her/his cleverness and added with that s/he is clever or good because her/his mother is clever/good, and etc. However please note that the correct way to write the above proverb in Pashto is to be like:
د بختورې ونې سیوری هم بختور وي
