skirt Explanation: It seems as if the instructions are suggesting that the capsule has to have a skirt/lid in distinctive colors. The direct translation might actually be the correct one as skirt is usually the Norwegian reference for bottoms, there might be appropriate American terms for capsule tops and bottoms, but Norwegians would totally use skirt for bottoms.
