Obviously "regio" is region but it is the numbering system I am concerned about. Article also speaks of "regio -3,4,5 på toppen af processus alveolaris". Does anybody know anything about this form of numbering?

English translation:region pluss 4, 3
Explanation:
As my dentist explains it, the old numbering of teeth was from 8- to 1- in the lower left quadrant, then -1 to -8 in the lower right - then 8+ to 1+ upper left, +1 to +8 uppre right. Picture, if you like, the lower jaw with a minus between the two front teeth, the upper with a plus between the two front teeth, then identify any tooth reading from left to right including the plus or minus. The upper left canine tooth would then be the 3+, the one behind it the 4+, which is the area we are discussing here.
