agree  Jande: The dreaded time for a "talk" could also be less formally an "employee talk" No good has ever come out of such a talk.

  -> I must take exception to the no good issue. I once had the privilege of telling my immediate superior, non-stop and uninterrupted for a full hour, the multitude of errors of her ways, and she thought she'd be discussing mine. A momentous moment in time.
