performance group / performance team Explanation: Methinks 'high' is better left unsaid, as this is neither stated nor implied in the source. -------------------------------------------------- Note added at 2 hrs (2007-03-21 16:07:21 GMT) -------------------------------------------------- I'm sure you'd agree that in 'performance car', high performance is more than just implied, while in 'performance review', the possibility of substandard performance is very much open - and possibly the reason for holding such a review. Performance team falls somewhere in between - it is a team that understands its performance will be monitored or measured, while the expectation that said performance is of a high nature is at best implied. Prestasjonsteam may indeed be no more dramatic than a group of people whose salary is directly linked to their sales/work/quality performance. So, perhaps "performance" is the wrong word? How about 'yield group'? 'Achievement group? Naah, didn't think so... |
