Norwegian term or phrase: sikringskjennelse
Hi, I would like to verify the correct US EN translation for sikringskjennelse - would it be injunction or closer to protective order, although the latter seems to be closer to "restraining order"
It appears in the following. Thanks for your help!

I tillegg, hvis XXXXX-stedet mottar en stevning eller annet prosesskriv knyttet til krav om selskapets konfidensielle informasjon, kan XXXXX-stedet rette seg etter kravet, men i så fall skal UXXXXX-stedet informere selskapet og gi selskapet rimelig tid til å søke å oppnå en sikringskjennelse før kravet imøtekommes.

(civil) protective order
Explanation:
Agreeing with protective order cf. interim relief or an EU 'interim measures ruling'. I would, for AmE purposes, avoid the term of injunction as 1. the speciifc term of forføyning is used in the Norwegian 'Lov om mekling og rettergang i sivile tvister (tvisteloven).' - see the example sentence and 2. the term of a 'restraining or prohibitive' injunction could (I am told) 'grate' on ears attuned to the First (Free Speech) Amendment to the US Constitution.

The specter/ spectre of a court action also raised the possibility of a US posting of bond and UK security for costs scenario, but I assume the component-term would then be sikkerhet and not sikring.
