prefabricated cold room Explanation: We already have 'kjølrom' for cold room in the same text. I think this distinguishes a prefabricated, off-the-shelf, cold room (as elegantly illustrated in Eodd's first reference under Gallery) and cold rooms in general, including self-build ones, (also referred to in Eodd's references).
