Explanation:
This sounds like company specific jargon. The people who make the actual event happen (items are picked from store and delivered) will rarely be the ones who assign them to accounts, cost places etc. Kontert ut in the context could also be construed as marked as sold, by assigning picked/delivered items to a receivables account.
