The term is italicized in this sentence in an auditor's report for a municipality: "I 2005 er det føreteke opprydding i gamle investeringsprosjekt, med oppfinansiering av udekka beløp."

The use of italics has me wondering whether there's an auditing term of art for this, beyond "cleaning up" or "tidying up" or the like.
