In this case, research resources. All my reference books give "absorption costing" as a translation for "selvkostkalkyle", hence my hesitation here. My text gives a more detailed explanation of what is meant by this term:
"Utarbeidelse av tilleggskalkyle: Hvordan utarbeide et %-vis tillegg for alle indirekte kostnader som skal hensyntaes ved ressursmåling av forskning.
Kalkylen utarbeides på erfaringstall fra regnskapet og er et %-vis tillegg for alle direkte og indirekte kostnadsarter som ifølge definisjonene skal inngå i målingen av ressursbruk som ikke hentes direkte ut av regnskapet."
Do you still believe this is "absorption costing"? I'm so unsure about this one. Appeciate the feedback you gave.

"Cost-plus pricing" is wrong. The context provided is not about "pricing".

I believe this is the correct translation. "Kalkulasjonsmetode der indirekte kostnader tas med i form av tillegg basert på størrelsen av de direkte kostnadene and tidligere erfaringer med kostnadsberegninger"
"Cost-plus pricing: An approach to establishing the selling price of a product/service in which the total cost of the prodcut/service is estimated and a percentage markup is added in order to obtain a profitable selling price. A variation to this approach is to estimate the costs to a particular stage, sya the costs of production only, and then to add a percentage markup to cover both the other overheads and the profit margin."
