Byelorussian Institute for the Professional Development of Physicians Explanation: I don't suppose the institution was enough well-known for a standard translation to have existed, so this is my own suggestion. I am using the old spelling of the demonym due to the time context. |

(a) Belarusian institute for the professional development of physicians Explanation: Without more conext, we don't know whether "Baltarusijos gydytojų tobulinimosi institutas" is/was an official name (translated into LT) of an institution. Maybe the sentence justs talks about a Belarusian institute for the professional development of physicians? |
