Kaip taisingai versti toki pavadinima. UAB pries pavadinima, ar po? Ir kaip rasyti pati pavadinima? VĖSA IR PARTNERIAI? Arba Vėsa ir partneriai? Kaip su capitalization?

English translation:Vesa ir partneriai, UAB
Explanation:
Generally companies in English speaking coountries do not put the company abbreviation type first. They also do not use quotation marks since the main words are capitalised and no quotation marks are necessary. That said, I generally try to find out what the company prefers because they are not going to change stamps, seals, and tonnes of correspondence because of what any translator says. You will have to contact them personally since their website does not seem to list the info.

As to commas, if you do put the UAB after, since it is out of place, a comma would make more sense, but does cause punctuation problems with too many commas on occasion, so I drop the comma after UAB if possible.
