maintenance Explanation: Čia su ta "autorine" nieko nereikia daryti. Jei tą priežiūrą atliktų ne kūrėjas, tada reikėtų tikslinti, kad tai daro third-party. Taigi, tiesiog priežiūra = maintenance. Visą šitą reikalą būtų galima pavadinti "hardware and software maintenance agreement", bet kadangi pačiame pavadinime nedetalizuojama, tai "maintenance agreement" ir bus tai, ko ieškote.
